You want it to be a challenge when using those weapons, don't wear any armor, don't use stimpaks and don't carry more than rounds of ammo at one time. The second part of your thread has a easy solution. But, unless the mod's author has somekind of a Lite Damage file version you're probably out of luck. The first part of your thread is asking for a mod to modify damage on modded in weapons? Try the mod's posts section for that. Is there a mod or a way for me to play with these mods and there still be a challenge? The author of this topic has marked a post as the answer to their question. I feel like having the weapon mods in the game make it too easy to kill enemies and it makes me not enjoy them.
